Blonde-Proof Small Business Accounting Software

Yes, I'm blonde.... and yes I HATE bookkeeping. But my small business accounting software makes it pretty bearable really.

I won't be dishonest and say I LOVE sitting down to bookkeeping every week; but actually once I do sit down to it, it's kind of fun. (Not that I'd pick staying home and working on my books over going to lay out in the sun or play tennis, or anything.) But Quickbooks makes keeping my books as fun and easy as bookkeeping can be.

Besides it's a good, secure feeling to know how things are going financially for me.

I'm sure you know that if you're thinking of going into business for yourself, one of the first things you need to do is record your expenses, and know how much you're spending compared to how much you're making.

It's a good idea to go ahead and invest in a good, reputable small business accounting software because believe me it 's no fun to have to change systems later.

I like Intuit. It's a reputable company that has been around for a long time. It has various programs you can choose from depending on what kind of business you're in. I like both Quicken and Quickbooks, and have used them both.

The only thing I didn't like was the free online version because I couldn't do enough with it, but it was fine for trying the software out.
