Want to start a home business? OK! Let's talk about that! Do you also like home business humor? I do. So I'll mix a little humor in with talking to you seriously about starting your home business.
In case you've been worrying about whether or not you are qualified to start your own home business...
I thought I'd add this cute cartoon to encourage you. It's so true...You really can be ANYONE you want to be on the internet. You've probably figured that out already if you've been on any social networks or chats :) So if you choose a good business to start a home business with... In a field you love... and focus on it alone... without getting side tracked by ALL the opportunities online... If you choose a company with an excellent training program... If you study, research, and learn what it takes to succeed in your business... from successful people in your field... If you apply yourself to building it daily... And you treat your prospects with integrity and respect...
I don't care who you are, or what you look like... You'll succeed. Remember though: Never start a home business without a mentor who cares very much about you and your success. Never start a home business with a mentor who does NOT need YOU to be successful for many years. If all your mentor needs is to make you succeed for a sale or two...that's a bad deal for you. Choose a mentor for years to come. Never join a business with someone you don't like. If they are going to train you and your future team... and you don't like them or trust them a lot...forget it!
Never invest in a business without reading their policies and procedures well. You want to be sure all the hard work you do will prove profitable for years to come. Never join a network marketing company or multi-level marketing business because of their great product or friendly company or the $$$$hundreds of thousands of $$$$ you'll make in one year.
Educate yourself first on how to start a home business by choosing the best companies.
Most people who have tried to make money from home in network marketing, multi-level marketing, affiliate marketing, and any kind of Internet marketing have been snookered at least once or twice. We'd love to hear some of you veterans horror stories of how you got snookered when you were first trying to get started...and maybe even after you thought you knew what you were doing.
Ok,after scaring you half to death... there is good news too :-) Thank Goodness!!Though there are plenty of people who gave up trying to make money from home because of a bad experience... There are also plenty of people who NEVER gave up and were rewarded with financial security and independence. I think I'm safe saying that most who have finally made it had to keep going when things looked their worst and even impossible. then "Go For It!" and Go with ALL you Might! ... but don't throw all caution to the wind ...and don't go in more than one direction at a timebut be Rock Solid...as you lead yourself and others. Every home business needs a website...but not just any website.There are plenty of people out there talking about how wonderful a free blog is (and they are...I have several of them). You can make money from home with a free blog. But there are
several reasons why a blog just doesn't do the best job for us in the long run.
To the left there is a form you can fill out to request an excellent article that honestly explains the pros and cons of just blogging vs. building a site and blogging. I highly recommend the article, and trust the author. You can see that I believe in building a website and blogging as well. But there are reasons, explained in the article, why I would not want to ONLY blog. I looking into the future...enough said, read the article. Yes, you need a website to make money from home no matter what you choose to do to start a home business. If you love horses, and want to train them for others...you need a website. If you want to pet-sit or make jewelry, or candles, or mow lawns, or rent houses, be a birthday clown and magician, or sell baby clothes, or make tutus... It doesn't matter what you choose to do to make money from home... To be successful you'll need a website. So first choose the niche you'll have the most fun with, and make the most money with... Then plan on building a website...but don't do it until you learn about building a
working website
